1. Sterilizer box:

1.1 The sterilizer box is composed of stainless steel inner tank and atomizer tank. The box material should meet the vacuum pressure requirements. The sterilizer adopts water cycle heating or electric heating mode.

1.2 Inner material: stainless steel SUS304, actual thickness ≥5mm; The supplier shall provide quality list and material inspection report.

1.3 Water jacket: 6mm stainless steel on both sides and top surface.

1.4 External temperature sensation of bacteria container: there is no obvious temperature sensation on the surface during sterilization cycle.

1.5 Thermal insulation: rock wool thickness > 5cm, normal work should have good thermal insulation performance. There is no obvious temperature sensation on the surface during sterilization.

1.6 Shell plate: stainless steel SUS304 drawing plate δ=1.2mm.

1.7 Sterilizer door: single door structure, pneumatic single door seal (sliding groove automatically smooth opening and closing). (In case of failure in use, it should always be locked and sealed). Sealing method: silicone rubber outer air sealing.

1.8 Monitoring instrument: pressure, humidity, temperature monitoring device automatic real-time monitoring, accuracy and error of ±1%.

1.9 Motor: 380V 50Hz

 

2. Vacuum system:

2.1 The sterilization chamber shall be pre-vacuum and sterilizer discharged by vacuum pump.

2.2 Vacuum can be carried out in a pulsating or gradient manner.

2.3 Vacuum pipes are made of SUS304.

2.4 Pressure range: -70kpa to +60kpa, pressure holding for 60min, leakage rate <0.01kpa/min

2.5 Vacuum rate: normal pressure to -15kpa≤6min,-50kpa≤30min,-70kpa≤40min
